Job Description-

• He should an experience of 10+ yrs and knowledge of mode of measurement of all civil items and billing for client.
• Handling the Estimation, Billing and Supervision of all construction activities and handling sites also including the maintenance works of existing buildings.
• Checking Contractors Billing- Physical Verification, by checking actual quantities as GFC drawing, Checking BBS, Reconciliation BOQ quantities
• Tendering
• Preparation, Calculation quantities of BOQ, Rate Analysis
• Project Cost Report, Audit of Records
