Job Description-

Preparation and release of Work Instruction, Process Flow and SOP (Standard Operating
procedure) to production.
Solely responsible for discussion with overseas team for running products.
Member of Research and development Team for New product (NPD).
Conducting technical training sessions and Team development activities.
Handling the team of R&D
Technical Testing of new products (charger, Power banks, Bluetooth Technology etc) and make Technical report of all products
Declared Product Technical specs and release for products.
Implementations of quality system as per the regulatory requirements.
Handling customer complaints by root cause analysis and implementation of preventive actions
Handling the operation for BIS
Declared product according to BIS parameters.
