1- Education , Experience,and Licensing requirements
2- Bachelor’s degree in information Technology, information systems,computer science.
3-Proven working experience as an IT Manager.
4-or relevant experience more than 3- 5 yrs.
5- Experience overseeing IT teams and project certifications and continuing education preferred IT head
6- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and project solids working knowledge of all relevant coding languages
( PHP ,LARAVEL,NET,MVC) and security protocols.
7- Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
8- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills team oriented manage IT staff by
recruiting ,training,and coaching employees, communicating job expectations.
