JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Job Location: Lucknow – India
- Years of Experience: 2-5yrs years of experience as MIS
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
- Technical Skill: Advance MS Office, VLOOK Up, HLOOK Up, Pivot Table, Macros etc
- Soft Skills: Good Communication skills (written and verbal) strong coordination and Inter-personal skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly performance reports (Accuracy/Productivity/TAT etc.)
- Extract data from workflow management tools for reports and presentations
- Track and prepare weekly & monthly incentive/shift allowance reports
- Design, build and implement new report formats and layouts on a customized basis as requested by the process owners
- Individual performance tracking and score card preparation
- Team wise score card presentation
- Maintain process SOPs, Workflows, Training and Quality documents.
- Responsible for raising delivery advices/ FTE invoices
- Ad-hoc reporting’s as and when required by management
