JOB DESCRIPTION:-
Required Education: UG/ Graduate – PG/ MBA
Required Experience: 1-3YRS
Roles & responsibilities:
- 1-3 years of successful experience selling enterprise software products or services
- Identify prospects grow and manage sales pipeline to achieve targets
- Coordinate software demos and service presentations with prospects and the internal business development team.
- Experience in market research, data mining, and cold calling.
- Generate new potential clients through cold calling, and social media platforms.
- Communicating with the Organization heads and scheduling appointments for a product demo.
- Self-motivated, and able to work with Marketing and Pre-sales teams.
- Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and achieve targets
- Market Research to identify new markets and prospects.
- Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written)
- Knowledge of/experience with the use of sales CRM
- Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining client relationships
- Good convincing ability and confident personality.
- Data-driven approach towards the sales process.
- Full understanding of the sales process from database generation to fixing the appointments.
Job Requirements:
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in international markets. ( USA & Europe)
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proven inside sales experience with Could / IT Services/Cyber Security
- Track record of over-achieving the set numbers
- Outbound calling to US and Europe for qualifying leads and converting them into meetings for the Sales Team
- Prospecting, qualifying and converting leads.
- Writing emails, follow ups, campaigns and CRM database management
- Consulting services experience, plus open to dialing for other sectors and regions
- Excellent knowledge of search engines, web analytics and business research tools.
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel -Powerpoint.
- Hands-on experience in CRM such as (Sales force – Zoho- Hubspot )/LinkedIn Sales navigator.
- Hands-on experience in Database -Zoom info/ Discover/ Lusha/ Crunchbase etc.
