JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- VLAN management and administration.
- Day-to-day network performance monitoring.
- Resolving tickets within the SLA
- Should be able to Troubleshoot Switching and Routing Issues in a Network.
- Configuration and troubleshooting of Switches L2/L3, Routers, Firewalls.
- Trace IPs in Layer-2 network.
- Setup and troubleshoot Redundancy Protocols in L2/L3 and Firewalls.
- Setup and troubleshoot VXLAN based Network.
- Setup and troubleshoot BGP and OSPF based networks.
- Find the reported network problem root cause within SLA.
