JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee daily operations, manage office supplies/inventory, maintain cleanliness, and handle vendor relationships.
  • Provide high-level assistance to senior leaders, often handling confidential information and sometimes personal tasks.

    Key Skills & Requirements:
    • Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
    • Excellent organization, time management, communication (written & verbal), multitasking, problem-solving, and discretion.
    • Strong command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
    • Education:  a bachelor’s degree in Business Admin is often preferred.
