JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, manage office supplies/inventory, maintain cleanliness, and handle vendor relationships.

Manage executive calendars, book meetings, arrange travel, and coordinate company events.

Handle emails, phone calls, internal communications, and act as a liaison between departments/external parties.

Maintain filing systems, prepare reports/presentations, take minutes, and manage data entry.

Provide high-level assistance to senior leaders, often handling confidential information and sometimes personal tasks.Key Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.

Excellent organization, time management, communication (written & verbal), multitasking, problem-solving, and discretion.

Strong command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
