SHIFT TIMINGS : 01:00PM – 10:00 PM ( Monday to Friday )
JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for Dynamic and performance driven Sales Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidates should possess exceptional English communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and proven experience in lead generation and client conversion . The role requires confidence in interacting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting opportunities into business.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 yrs of experience in telecalling, inside sales, telesales, or business development.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently engage with clients over phone calls.
- Target – oriented and performance – driven approach.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and lead management processes will be an advantage.
PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Candidate with prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or Digital Marketing Company will be preferred.
- Experience in selling digital marketing sevices, web development services, or related solutions will be an added advantage.
