JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring they are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations for the Director.
- Assist in the preparation of business documents, including reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
- Maintain and organize confidential files and records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
