We are urgently hiring for ASST MANAGER OPERATIONS  :

EXPERIENCE : 3-5Years

SALARY : upto 35K negotiable

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Manage procurement and vendor coordination for operational requirements.
  • Oversee bill payments, vehicle & insurance renewals, and audits.
  • Draft official letters and coordinate with authorities as per requirements.
  • Manage vendor/client coordination, administrative tasks, and internal communication.
  • Monitor operations, including advertisement space, electricity billing, and media monitoring.
  • Maintain and update MS Excel sheets, PPTs, booking sheets, and availability trackers.
  • Oversee campaign execution, SO generation, and client PO tracking.
  • Support sales and operations for airport media and existing OOH media.
  • Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 3–5 years of experience in operations, procurement, and tender management.
  • Strong knowledge of tender documentation, vendor management, and process compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets.
  • Proficiency in Letter Drafting.
  • Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage operations independently.
