JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Role & responsibilities

1) Recruitment & Selection : –

  • Get Job Description finalized by hiring manager requesting the position (Factory as well as head office) and screen & short list profiles on portals, other sourcing tools, references, recruitment firms etc. and coordinate accordingly
  • Taking telephonic round and scheduling – rescheduling personal interview.
  • If shortlisted, Offer negotiation, sending offer letter, follow up on joining

The above shall consume 70% of your job time

2) New Joinee formalities :

  • Giving appointment letter after submission of all their required documents
  • Updating accounts team with new joiners salary details and get biometric thumb impression done
  • Arranging systems, Landline for the new joiners in coordination with IT & Purchase Department

3) Salaries Head office, Factory and Security agencies

  • Checking attendance through various platforms (for factory in coordination with factory HR) for staff, helpers, security etc. for different companies and outsourced team
  • Check & add advances, dues if any, Checking of Mobile Allowance & Canteen dues as per sheet received every month
  • Checking OT & CO for validating the same with respective sheets approved by respective reporting manager
  • Maintaining PL, CL and CO record and taking approvals for adding it in the salary sheet.
  • Coordination with Factory HR f there are any discrepancies in terms of OT, Hold salary etc.
  • Taking approval on final salary from directors, coordination with accounts team for salary payments.

4) Employee Communication :

Communicating new policies, rules & regulations formulated by Management and any other information to employees

5) Other :

  • Ensuring the basic needs of the staff in the office is met. Checking if office toilets are cleaned as per time sheet, attending to any complaint of the staff and solving the same.
  • Preparation of Diwali Bonus, yearly increment in accordance with management
  • Assisting employees with respect to Leave forms, OD forms, Loan Process etc.
  • Birthday celebrations once in a month

Preferred candidate profile

  • Working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
  • Living 45 mins travelling time from office
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Prepare google sheet and google forms as per the requirement.
