POSITION: HR EXECUTIVE
LOCATION: LUCKNOW
SALARY: 15K-20K
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive end-to-end Recruitment & Onboarding – sourcing, interviews, documentation, and induction.
- Manage Employee Lifecycle – HR operations, payroll inputs, leaves, exit formalities.
- Foster a positive culture through Employee Engagement & Welfare initiatives.
- Support Training & Development – identify needs, coordinate programs, and track effectiveness.
- Handle HR Administration & Compliance – records, MIS reports, statutory adherence.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, resolving grievances with fairness.
What We’re Looking For:
- MBA/PG in HR with 0–2 years’ experience in HR operations/recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, compensation, and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office with excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
