JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
1. Scheduling interviews, and maintaining data base of resumes and consultants.
2. Understanding JD and shortlisting candidates
3. Fostering a culture of engagement and growth to retain high-performing employees.
Operations and Strategic Coordination:
1. Monitor and keep update of performance management initiatives, implementation robust KRA/KPI frameworks and ensuring achievement across the board.
2. Manage day-to-day operations, relieving the management of operational involvement and empowering them to focus on strategic initiatives.
3. Assisting in monthly departmental review meetings, extracting insights and making informed decisions to drive organizational success.
4. Using HRM software and strongly implementation
5 Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Policy Development and Implementation:
Implement effective HR policies, ensuring seamless integration and adherence across the organization.
Employee Engagement and Development: Drive employee engagement initiatives, overseeing attendance, leave management, Pay roll management, PF & ESI and related policies.
1. Ensure robust feedback system, encouraging team members to contribute suggestions for organizational improvement.
2. Implement departmental objectives and align HR strategies with overall business goals.
3. Driving all admin related work
Metrics Analysis and Compliance:
1. Assisting in Analyses HR metrics including turnover, retention, performance, and cost per hire to derive insights and recommendations for process enhancement.
2. Can operate and handle various Job hunting portals, Lead in-house recruitment drives.
3 Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, maintaining a sound legal framework within HR operations.
Budgeting and Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with junior HR managers to assess employee career progression, skill development, and potential paths within the organization.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field and Human Resources, Business Administration,
- MBA would be preferred
- Proven experience (4+) in HR roles, emphasizing recruitment, Generalist, operations
- Expertise in understanding JD, shortlisting candidates and calling and arranging them for interviews.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and legal requirements.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
