Responsibilities (included but may not be limited to) :
1. Using different sources and channels of recruitment like different job portals, social media,
etc. to explore the talent pool available.
2. Sourcing and screening both active and passive talent in the market.
3. Further building talent pipelines and networks with qualified active and passive candidates.
4. Coordinating with hiring managers and candidates for a smooth interview process.
5. Having continuous engagements with the candidates to ensure a successful hire and joining.
6. Maintaining all relevant internal databases and trackers.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree with a management course in Human Resources or similar field.
- Experience in IT Recruitment is preferable.
- Familiarity with various job portals and resume databases is a plus.
- Experience with / Exposure of MS Office is a must.
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting is a plus.
