Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Coordinator to manage daily office operations, coordinate between departments, and ensure smooth administrative functioning.
Roles & Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office activities and ensure smooth workflow

Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally

Coordinate between management, staff, and external vendors

Maintain office records, files, and documentation

Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing reports

Monitor office supplies and place orders when required

Support HR and Accounts team with basic administrative tasks

Ensure office discipline and professional environment

Handle courier, travel bookings, and other coordination tasks
Required Skills

Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
