JOB DESCRIPTION:-

• Check various tender search systems on daily basis and identify tenders which may be of interest to the company. (Tender searching). Updating upcoming tenders from various portals
• Responsible to provide rates to Vendors for Tender participation.
• Online Tender submission, Registration in E- Tendering portals. Registration on GEM Portal Adding Product details with images.
• Responsible for Documents preparations and compilations for Tenders.
• Responsible to check quoted tenders’ status and keep updating and continuous touch for the same.
• Responsible for addition of new Vendors, authorized for Govt. Tenders participations.
• Responsible for updated follow-ups with vendors for quoted Tenders status & supply orders, dispatch.
• To prepare Vendor Registration Files for all institutions for Financial Year
