JOB DESCRIPTION:-
Penetration Tester
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Design and execute penetration tests to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in networks, applications, and systems
Conduct vulnerability assessments to identify and prioritize security weaknesses
Analyze test results and develop detailed reports highlighting findings and recommendations
Collaborate with other cybersecurity teams to implement remediation plans and improve security posture
Stay up-to-date on emerging cybersecurity threats, techniques, and tools
Maintain a strong understanding of security best practices, industry standards, and security frameworks
Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
5+ years of experience in penetration testing or a related security role
Proven ability to plan, execute, and report on comprehensive penetration tests
Expertise in network penetration testing, web application penetration testing, and social engineering techniques
Proficiency in penetration testing tools such as Kali Linux, Metasploit, and Nessus
Strong understanding of vulnerability assessment and management practices
Experience with security frameworks such as OWASP, SANS, and ISO 27001
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
