JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Be the first point of contact and greet customers in outlet.
- Fill Job-cart based on the input from the customer and self assessing, discuss the same to the customer and get approval to start the repair.
- Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs.
- Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up.
- Calling customers to advise them about service charges or bike pick-ups and maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Liaising with service technicians about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed.
- Team handling for the service outlet and be responsible for the outlet service deliverables.
- Supervise the time and resource management of the outlet.
