Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve business targets

Plan and allocate work to team members effectively

Monitor team performance and ensure productivity and quality standards

Coach, train, and mentor team members for skill and performance improvement

Handle escalations, team issues, and conflict resolution
Required Skills & Qualifications

Any Graduate / Post Graduate (preferred)

Team Leader, Senior Executive, or Supervisor

Strong leadership and people management skills

Good communication and coordination ability
