JOB DESCRIPTION

1.  Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
2. Generating promising leads for the sales team to persue.
3. Manage customer accounts by ensuring the existing customers remain satisfied with company products
4. and services.
5. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customer to encourage repeat business.
6. continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly  targets  with respect to call volume and sales .

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or associates’degree in marketing , communications ,business , administration
2. or related field  is preffered .
3. The abillty to follow scripts.
4. Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
5. Effective communication skills.
6. Exceptional customer service skills
