Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Client Conversion
Handle inbound and outbound sales leads and convert them into confirmed clients
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable event solutions
Conduct regular follow-ups, negotiations, and close deals within defined timelines
Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets
Prepare quotations, proposals, and manage pricing discussions
2. Vendor Management
Coordinate with vendors including venues, decorators, caterers, photographers, and other partners
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to ensure profitability and client satisfaction
Maintain strong vendor relationships and regularly update vendor records
Act as a bridge between clients and vendors to ensure smooth coordination
3. Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Ensure smooth communication from initial inquiry to deal closure
Address client concerns in a proactive and professional manner
Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
4. Internal Coordination and Reporting
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover and execution
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups
Share regular sales performance and pipeline reports with management
Follow company SOPs, CRM processes, and reporting structures
Requirements and Qualifications
Should be Graduate
Post Graduates are preferred
must have a laptop
must have minimum 2 years of experience in sales
