Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations
- Supervise office maintenance and facility management
- Handle office documentation and record keeping
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Monitor office inventory and procurement activities
- Manage travel arrangements, meetings, and schedules
- Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and utilities
- Support HR and operational administrative activities
- Maintain office discipline and workplace organization
- Prepare administrative reports and MIS records
Requirements and Qualifications
- Graduate in Management, Commerce, or related field
- MBA candidates preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organizational and multitasking ability
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and administrative reporting
- Problem-solving and time management skills
- Attention to detail and record management
- Ability to handle vendors and office operations efficiently
