JOB DESCRIPTION :
As a Sales Executive, you’ll promote and sell tour packages to individuals, groups, and businesses. Your goal is revenue generation through client identification, understanding their needs, and effective communication of tour package features. You’ll craft customized itineraries, ensure seamless booking experiences, and collaborate with marketing for promotional strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities: –
– Cultivate client relationships via phone, email, social media, and events.
– Understand client preferences to recommend suitable tour packages.
– Provide detailed tour package information promptly and accurately.
– Negotiate contracts ensuring clear terms and conditions.
– Coordinate bookings with vendors for client arrangements.
– Stay updated on industry trends to maximize sales opportunities.
– Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system.
– Collaborate on marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
– Participate in sales events to showcase tour packages.
– Handle customer complaints professionally and timely.
– Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
