JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities :
1. Production Management : Oversee the entire production process, ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing of garments. Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand forecasts and delivery timelines.\
2. Quality Assurance : Ensure all production activities comply with quality standards and protocols. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address any quality issues promptly.
3. Team Leadership : Lead, manage, and develop the production team, providing guidance and training as necessary. Set performance targets for the production team and monitor progress, ensuring high levels of performance and accountability.
4. Process Optimization : Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency. Utilize lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity.
5. Cost Management: Manage production budgets and costs, ensuring efficient use of resources. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality.
6. Health and Safety: Ensured compliance with health and safety regulations within the production environment. Promote a safe working environment and address any safety concerns promptly.
